Job description: We are looking for talents with sound knowledge of woven fabric. Successful candidate will be joining our Product Development team specializing in CAD design using Lectra CAD system.Key Responsibilities

• Create textile pattern and colorway for Men’s and Women’s fashion apparel in US/EU market.
• Help preparing seasonal presentations, color & trend research, and meeting with overseas clients
• Collaborate with Merchandising, Material Sourcing team and customer’s Design team from ideas to development stage, to ensure designs are feasible and marketable.
• Create presentation PPT using Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator and Photoshop) or other textile design software e.g. Lectra Kaledo/NedGraphics/Pointcarre/CLO
• Design collections based on client’s preference / needs and color trend
• Make approximate 1,800 CADs per season
• Assist manager in ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements

• Degree holder preferably in Fashion & Textiles or related discipline
• Minimum of 2 years of work experience with sound technicality in woven fabric including yarn counting, fabric construction and color matching; candidates with less experience but as fast learner in software application would also be considered
• Knowledge of Lectra CAD system is an absolute advantage
• Good understanding on American apparel brands
• Proficient on MS Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Excellent command of both written & spoken English and Chinese including Mandarin
