Job description: Fundraising Management Facilitates fundraising campaigns and projects such as but not limited to the drafting of proposals for the Fundraising Committee (FRC). Develops fundraising projects aligned with the Foundation’s goals Facilitates FRC meetings to provide updates, planning, and follow-ups on fundraising initiatives. Handles the drafting of sponsorship letters, campaign packets, and other fundraising materials. Maximizes research to acquire potential donors and sponsors. Collaborates with the Finance Officer to monitor FRC donations and manage budget proposals for fundraising projects. Coordinates with the FRC for budget proposals for fundraising initiatives. External Relations and Communication Drafts newsletters to inform stakeholders about the Foundation’s activities and initiatives. Prepares the Foundation’s annual reports. Data Management and Reporting Oversees data management projects related to donor information to ensure accuracy and confidentiality. Tracks donor engagement and measures project effectiveness through meticulous planning. Social Media Management Manages the Foundation’s social media website through consistent positive branding. Develops engaging content for donors. Promotes the Foundation through effective public relations. Support the Development Office Assist the Foundation’s Executive Director in functions such as approved fundraising projects and provides administrative and operational support. Communicates with internal partners such as concerned departments from the University of Santo Tomas and the Faculty of Medicine and Surgery to ensure the alignment of project goals.
