Job description: BRSP seeks to engage a specialized consulting firm to review, revise, and finalize its existing policy manuals for Human Resource (HR), Procurement, Administration, ICT, Finance & Accounts, Internal Audit, and Planning, Monitoring, Evaluation & Reporting (PMER). The objective is to align these manuals with international best practices, enhance their legal robustness, streamline implementation, and minimize discretionary interpretation.BRSP invites eligible consulting firms to indicate their interest in providing the required services. Interested consulting firm should provide information demonstrating that they have the required qualifications and relevant experience to perform the required services.Interested consulting firm may obtain further information with regard to preparing the Expression of Interest (EoI) by downloading the Standard Bidding Documents (SBD) from the websiteA pre-bid meeting will be held on April 28, 2025 at 11:00 AM at BRSP office and via online as per ease of interested bidders.
