Job description:

• Support in the deployment and management of export control due diligence processes.

o Act as the first point of contact for export control escalations within the responsible SE functions and businesses, including conducting 4W reviews and escalations for all relevant transactions.o Educate local teams (Sales, Tender, Project Manager, Engineer, GSC, Finance Controller, etc.) on export control related escalation processes.o Report any non-compliance observations and incidents to the EC COE Operations Manager / EC Governance Team.o Implement, run & report on the export control activities within the local organization, including filling out the annual KIC for Export Control CE.13 and acting as the EC contact for any Supply Chain Security programs. For all the operations conducted, maintaining proper record keeping of transactions, escalations, trainings, and incidents.o Support EC COE Operations Manager in export control related local inquiries / investigations which are initiated by Global EC CoE.o Support in the customer / vendor screening / flagging activities.

• Support in the monitoring of transactions with export control risk identified.

o Monitor transactions with export control risk identified by utilizing local / global IT system (e.g., BFO, SAP) or relevant report generated from the system.o Coordinate with key stakeholders within the responsible SE functions and businesses, including sales, tender, project manager, finance controller, etc., to mitigate the export control risk.o Support in the implementation of local / global export control internal audit program, and the execution of any rectification actions.o Report potential business risks to EC COE Operations Manager / EC Governance Team.

• Support in the enhancement of export control process and procedure.

o Get deep understanding of the business process of respective functions and businesses, identify the key contacts within each process to facilitate the implementation of global / regional export control enhancement initiatives under the guidance from Regional EC Operations Manager.o Understand and get access (if necessary) to the relevant IT tools / systems which are utilized in business operations and try to identity and feedback any opportunity to optimize the export control monitoring or due diligence in a more efficient way.Main contacts· Within the geographical scope: Sales, Tender, Project Manager, Engineer, GSC, Finance controller, etc· With the Corporate functions: Export control Operations and Governance, Export Control SPOCs in other regions.Background and competencies· Fluent in English· Straightforward and Effective· Ability to deliver clear and simple message and to develop relationships with key partners· The position requires a high level of responsibility and attention to detail, with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment.· Education: Bachelor’s degree.· Experience: above 8 years of work experience, with experience in supply chain / risk management / tendering / project management / business process management are preferredQualifications
