As an Expert Robotics Process Automation (RPA) Engineer at Jazz, you will be instrumental in driving efficiency and innovation through automation solutions using tools such as Microsoft Power Automate or Automation Anywhere. Reporting to the Manager Digital Solutions, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and enhance business operations.Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and understand business processes suitable for automation.
• Design, develop, and deploy RPA solutions using tools such as Microsoft Power Automate or Automation Anywhere.
• Automate repetitive tasks and streamline workflows to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
• Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, develop technical specifications, make process design documents and solution design documents.
• Provide operations and maintenance of live RPA bots, ensuring they operate effectively and meet business needs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to RPA implementations, ensuring smooth operation of automated processes.
• Provide training and support to end-users on using RPA tools and solutions effectively.
• Continuously monitor and optimize RPA processes to maximize performance and reliability.
• Stay up-to-date with RPA technologies and best practices, recommending improvements and enhancements as needed. Perform version upgrades of entire stack.
• Configure, modify and test APIs using curl and postman.
• Understand business requirements and develop technical solutions for APIs.
• Integration features in web applications and mobile applications.
• Understand and document call flows, recommend design improvements.
• Coordinate with business stakeholders to business change requests and develop solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Sciences or a related field.
• 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in Robotics Process Automation (RPA), APIs, Mobile Applications, Web Applications.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Power Automate or Automation Anywhere, with hands-on experience in designing and implementing RPA solutions.
• Strong understanding of business processes and the ability to identify automation opportunities.
• Experience in gathering requirements, developing technical specifications, and delivering automation solutions.
• Experience working and integrating with Mobile Applications, and web applications.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
