Job description: Grade: L2Location: LahoreLast date to apply: 21st April 2025What is Expert Lease Management?The role reports directly to the Head Real Estate & Workplace will be responsible for lease management of offices.What does Expert Lease Management do?Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee a portfolio of leased properties, ensuring alignment with business objectives and financial targets.
• Ensure all leases comply with legal and regulatory requirements, mitigating potential risks and liabilities.
• Preparation of annual real estate plan in line with the budget targets.
• Monitoring of Opex on monthly basis, collaboration with teams for monthly detail of Accruals and Actual Expenses
• Responsible for property wise quarterly budget review i.e. 0+12, 3+9, 6+6, 9+3 & 12+0.
• Responsible for coordination with FP&A over budget forecast & analysis. Preparation of annual real estate plan in line with the budget targets.
• Monitoring of Opex on monthly basis, collaboration with teams for monthly detail of Accruals and Actual Expenses

• Responsible for coordination with FP&A over budget forecast & analysis.
• Maintain strong relationships with property owners, landlords, and tenants to address concerns and ensure smooth lease operations.
• Maintain accurate records, track critical dates (expirations, renewals, escalations), and ensure timely rent payments.
• Monitor market trends, rental rates, and industry developments to provide insights and strategic recommendations.

Key Deliverables:

• Successfully negotiate and execute lease contracts, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Identify opportunities for cost savings, space consolidation, or expansion as per organizational needs.
• Ensure all lease agreements adhere to legal, regulatory, and financial reporting requirements.
• Provide periodic reports on lease expenditures, liabilities, and opportunities for cost reduction.
• Maintain a detailed schedule of lease expirations, renewals, and escalations, ensuring proactive decision-making.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, legal teams, finance departments, and internal stakeholders.

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• We are looking for a candidate who is dynamic, assertive, persistent, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced organization.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in financial management, data analytics, presentations and Lease Management.
• We are looking for someone who is proficient in MS Office specially Excel & PowerPoint & MS Project.
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
• Knowledge of lease accounting standards (e.g., IFRS 16, ASC 842) & Oracle Enterprise is a plus.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
