The ideal candidate should have a strong command over data cleaning, exploration, visualization, and innovative problem-solving. The candidate will play a key role in transforming raw data into actionable insights that drive strategic decisions across the organization.The role reports directly to the Head of Product Development and Innovation.What does Data Analyst do?

• Design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards and reporting tools to monitor key product metrics, user engagement, and business performance across lending, savings, insurance, and investment products.

• Conduct end-to-end data analysis using SQL, Python, and R — from data extraction and cleaning to exploratory data analysis (EDA) and insight generation for business and product strategy.

• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders to define data requirements and integrate analytics into decision-making processes.

• Analyze customer behaviour, transaction patterns, and usage trends to identify growth opportunities and inform product enhancements.

• Build predictive models and perform forecasting to anticipate customer needs, market dynamics, and product adoption trends using advanced statistical techniques.

• Develop and present compelling visualizations and reports that translate complex data into actionable insights for leadership and product teams.

• Leverage big data technologies (e.g., Spark, Hadoop, cloud platforms) to manage large-scale datasets and perform advanced analysis efficiently.

• Design and automate recurring and ad hoc reports for various business units, ensuring timely delivery, data consistency, and clarity for both operational and strategic use.
