If you are passionate about working for a noble cause on projects shaping the future of sustainable and intelligent pharma facilities, NNE is the place to be.About the roleWe are looking for an experienced internal auditor to coordinate our internal audit programme and mentor our team of internal auditors.You will join the Quality Unit in the Quality and Knowledge Management department where you will play a key role in developing and implementing our internal audit programme and internal controls.Our department plays a central role to drive and manage the set-up, governance and culture around quality and knowledge management across NNE’s global organisation.Location Virum Department Quality & Knowledge Management

As a Quality Specialist, you’ll be:

  • Plan and coordinate the annual internal audit programme
  • Develop and improve internal audit methodology and tools
  • Coach, guide and train team of internal auditors, sharing best practices and effective audit strategies
  • Lead planning, scoping, performing and reporting of quality audits and internal controls covering a broad range of NNE’s operations
  • Act as Lead Auditor for selected audits in projects and departments
  • Analyse data and information to develop targeted audit strategies for departments and projects
  • Review and approve corrective actions and their implementation, securing effective handling of nonconformances.

  • Clearly communicate orally and efficiently document information, explaining deficiencies and recommended corrective actions
  • Manage stakeholder with strong skills in handling differing perspectives and disagreements
  • Challenge the status quo and generate new ideas

  • A relevant academic degree (engineering, project management or similar)
  • Certified Internal Auditor with demonstrated experience managing and conducting audits as Lead Auditor
  • Demonstrated understanding and experience with ISO9001. Experience with ISO 14001 and 45001 is a plus
  • Demonstrated understanding of internal controls, business processes, audit procedures and risk assessments
  • Strong ability to collaborate with others in a matrix organisation
  • Fluent in written and spoken Danish and English
