At ABB Denmark, we have a highly exciting pipeline of service projects within automation and related technologies – as well as experience and knowledge gained from completed projects. Now we want to strengthen the gathering of knowledge across projects with the goal of developing a best practice model for the management of future service projects. The model has the potential to become a new standard model across ABB’s Nordic organization. To ensure full dedication, we are assembling a new team that you shall lead. The new team will consist of a Project Manager, a Test Manager, and 6-10 Engineers. As Manager for the new team, your overall focus is to ensuring customer focus and sustainable project economy. This you will achieve by, among others, leading and guiding your team to ensure a systematic approach to the gathering and sharing of knowledge – and by that also systematically strengthen our risk management. You will be based at our Ballerup office, and you will naturally be part of the management team in our service organization together with six manager colleagues and the Head of Service Operations. Your responsibilities: • Develop a new strategy for scaling, including ongoing qualification of insights and lessons learned. • Lead your team to systematically gather knowledge and insights across projects. • Lead your team to deliver risk management in both upcoming and existing projects. • Motivate and support the ongoing development of your team as well as hire new team members. • Contribute to project allocation and scaling based on your holistic overview of current and future projects. • Ensure your team supports sales-oriented colleagues by providing relevant insights and learnings from the projects. • Participate and/or support your team in negotiations with external partners as well as engineering centers in the international ABB organization. • Support the Test Manager in the development of a new, standardized test setup.Qualifications for the role

• Manager experience and a dedication for delivering visible and motivating people management.
• Solid technical understanding based on experience from working in technical companies.
• Knowledge of project management – hands-on experience will be highly advantageous.
• Strategy and business understanding including a holistic and commercial approach.
• Knowledge of and interest in agile methodologies.
• Interest in automation and the process industry – experience will be advantageous.
• Excellent communication skills in Danish and English.
