• Opening new jobs for cash and credit customers and assisting in customs clearance and processing Customs Bill.
• Able to handle shipping lines, airlines and other freight management companies.
• Maintain acknowledge register for invoices delivered to customers.
• Responsible for generating leads by business development for the services provided by the company.
• Getting required approval for opening jobs under cash account.
• Arranging transportation and follow-up.
• Updating with job with cost / provisions accordingly.
• Generating invoices to customers after completion of job.
• Generate payment requests for suppliers / vendors invoices.
• Adherence to company policies and code of conduct.

Skills and qualifications required

• Must have a valid UAE driver’s license.
• Should have knowledge of the UAE customs and procedures.
• Able to handle shipping lines/ airlines/ fright management companies.
• Prior sales or business development experience in a logistics or freight forwarding company, would be preferred.
• Must have good communication skills in English.
• Candidate must have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a freight forwarding company based in the UAE – Dubai or Abu Dhabi, Fujairah.
