  • Install and upgrade the Access Software, using Access Implementation Methodology, for new and existing customers, including delivery of training on all aspects of the Software product set
  • Recommend and define process improvements and industry best practices for customers to ensure they maximise the benefits of our solutions
  • Be commercially aware to identify additional sales / upgrade opportunities when dealing with customers
  • Write and present clear concise content to all levels of customers and colleagues in ways that support problem solving and planning
  • Communicate with customers appropriately and manage customer expectations to ensure that the customer implementation is a success, measured by NPS

As a well-rounded Implementation Consultant, your Skills and Experiences likely include:

  • Previous experience in a customer facing consultancy / training / implementation role within a software organisation
  • Knowledge of Microsoft office applications is a requirement. Experience of SQL is desirable but not essential
  • Ability to operate in the framework of autonomous working and working in a close-knit team
  • Strong Interpersonal and Communication skills (Customer-Centred)
  • Good time management skills with the ability to adjust to change in priorities
  • Troubleshooting, diagnosis and problem-solving skills
