  • Audit 100% of expense reports containing out of pocket/mileage spend for reimbursement – over 8K estimated per month
  • Ensures the Concur out of pocket to payroll balance sheet account is in balance with what is sent to Payroll and troubleshoots when there are discrepancies
  • Manages ExpenseAudits@compass-usa.com mailbox inquiries
  • Review donation requests to ensure they are in line with the corporate Code of Ethics and obtains appropriate approval
  • Receives and tracks PCard reimbursements – approximately 300 received per month
  • Runs report of expenses marked as Personal-Reimbursing the Company, and follows up with the employees if there is no evidence of reimbursement being received
  • Runs Out of Pocket delinquency report and follows up with employees; deleting as necessary

  • Technical experience includes SAP, Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and Access), and SAP Concur

  • Independent thinker; able to make decisions and determine exceptions
