In short, We Enable Possibility℠.SummarySitting within the FP&A team in the Finance function reporting to the Senior Business Partner you will have primary responsibility for production of expense reports, commentary and plans.ResponsibilitiesProduction of quarterly expense report including analysis of actuals vs prior period and actuals vs planProduction of exhibits and commentary to go into other reports including management P&L discussion pack, various committees and Board reportsRunning quarterly meetings with heads of function to talk through expenses for their function and resolution of meeting action points.Produce the annual expense plan and quarterly reforecasts in collaboration with the Senior Business partnerOwnership of the plan/ forecast headcount & cost modelPerform additional compensation analysis for expense allocationsSupport Senior Business Partner on cost containment initiativesAdvance clarity and transparency of expense process for managementOther ad hoc tasks as requiredQualificationsBachelor’s degree.Four years of experience as a business partner or expense accountant desired.Insurance knowledge preferred.Excellent numerical and analytical skillsAttention to detail and accuracy.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Ability to meet deadlines and handle confidential information.Do you like solving complex business problems, working with talented colleagues and have an innovative mindset?
