Coordinate with government departments (e.g., Abu Dhabi Municipality, Ministry of Health) to obtain special permissions for exhibition goods and operations.
Ensure all required documents, such as FTA charts and temporary import declarations, are completed for each exhibition.
Oversee the preparation and handling of export return instructions, ensuring proper documentation for outbound items.
Assist in collecting payments for onsite handling charges for cash customers, ensuring compliance with financial protocols.
Manage and submit claims related to customs duties, deposits, and proof of export for locally sold or non-returned items.
Maintain a stock count of equipment, labels, and tools required by the F&E department, ensuring their availability before events.
Track and manage F&E shipments stored at the Noatum Logistics warehouse, ensuring they are ready for each exhibition.
Work closely with on-site operations staff to ensure all cargo is loaded and labeled correctly, managing any additional customs requirements.
Address any escalated issues related to customs or compliance that may arise during exhibitions, working with relevant stakeholders to find solutions.
