As an Executive Relationship Director focussed on client acquisition, you will network and build relationships with external partners, attracting customers from competitors, debt advisors and finance brokers. Strong credit skills are essential, and you’ll be comfortable with complex deal structuring. Undergraduate and Postgraduate qualifications in Accounting and Finance are highly regarded.You’ll have the support of a dedicated team of analysts and portfolio managers, but you’ll also take on a leadership role, guiding and mentoring our emerging corporate bankers. You’ll lead by example, sharing your expertise to help develop the team’s capabilities and ensure they thrive. Your leadership will be key in fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.Your impressive track record in business development, including acquiring new-to-bank customers, and a well-established network of referral sources and brokers, will set you up for success.
