• To generate timely performance report and dashboard for periodic review and action plans
• To track staff productivity and key performance to facilitate decision making in resource planning
• To perform target setting on monthly basis to all collectors
• To assist in system enhancement, including providing Functional Specifications Documents (FSD) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

Job Requirements:

• Malaysian citizen
• Preferably Bachelor’s Degree in Data Sciences, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
• Preferably with 1 year and above experience in Data Analytics and MIS reporting
• Working proficiency in advanced MS Excel, SAS or SQL, Macro
• Fresh graduates are invited to apply
