You will be based in Lynge, Denmark and will join a passionate and high-performing team spread out in different locations across the globe. You will report directly to the Chief Legal Officer.What you will do

• Provide day-to-day support to the Chief Legal Officer
• Plan team events and team meetings
• Manage WSA’s Entity Management System
• Maintain WSA’s Insider Register
• General admin work, such as collecting signatures
• Coordinate annual and bi-annual litigation reports
• Support auditors during the preparation of WSA’s Annual Report
• Manage external law firms (billing and engagement letters)

What you bringExperience

• A background as executive assistant, legal secretary or similar role, with experience working independently
• Experience in a large corporation is advantageous

• Systematic with a strong attention to detail
