The MBA Programme Office (‘Office’) operates with a working culture characterized by ‘Professionalism with Hearts’, ‘Dynamic Value Creation’, and ‘Steward of Growth’. The Student Learning and Development team (SLD) within the Office is dedicated to cultivating MBA students into accomplished global business leaders who are well-equipped to thrive in the Asian Century.Reporting to the Administrative Director and Assistant Director (Communications, Students and Stakeholders) of the Office, the appointee will focus on areas of student affairs within the Communications and Stakeholder Engagement Team (CSE).The appointee will be responsible for (a) managing all communications initiatives for the programme, including media interviews, publications, brochures, eNewsletters, presentations, website content, and reports to ensure cohesive messaging; (b) developing and implementing digital marketing strategies that enhance our online presence and engagement across various platforms; (c) overseeing and implementing effective digital marketing strategies and managing social media engagement as well as social media advertisement; (d) fostering and maintaining relationships and engagement with alumni, corporate partners, and key stakeholders to support and contribute the overall programme development and its specific LEAP programmes; (e) working closely with the Regional Heads of Marketing & Admissions team to develop partnerships and ensure alignment between both teams; and (f) performing other impromptu duties as assigned to support the Office’s objectives. Working at flexible hours, including weekends, and occasional business travel will be required.Applicants should have (i) a good Bachelor’s degree in communications or related disciplines, preferably with a postgraduate degree; (ii) fulfilled the English language requirements set out on the website: ; (iii) at least 5 years’ post-qualification executive experience; and (iv) experience in communications and stakeholder engagement works in both Mainland China and Hong Kong.
