How will I help?The purpose of this role is to provide marketing and communications expertise to large scale change projects across the enterprise, by leading a team of experts and overseeing delivery of project and change communications to customers across the Group

  • Deliver the marketing communications stream within complex change programs, such as customer migrations, regulatory change or simplification programs
  • Lead a team of customer communication experts, with responsibility for providing role clarity, coaching for high performance and supporting their career development
  • Deeply understand our customers’ needs and ensure that we select the right message and channels to deliver the best customer experience
  • Measure results from every activity we do and use data to drive continuous improvement
  • Manage risk within the marketing communication stream of each project, taking ownership of any related issues & incidents
