- Under the guidance of senior team members, the Executive will lead content management for internal communication channels (Edgenta Connect and People Connect).
- Content support for the MD’s mailbox, as and when required.
- Management of internal app by Microsoft 365 (Engaged) covering its content development and community management.
- Prepare management papers for evaluation and feedback from senior team members.
- Provide support in editorial contents (e.g., town halls, speeches) to foster internal engagement and alignment with overall communication strategies.
- Internal campaigns management through collaboration with HR, ESG, and Culture teams to strengthen organizational culture and employee experience.
- Contribute ideas and insights to enhance communication effectiveness and engagement.
Annual Report Project Management
- Assis in its development, production, and delivery of UEM Edgenta’s Annual Report, ensuring it reflects the company’s business strategy and brand vision.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders on meeting and photography arrangements and follow-ups for tasks assigned by senior team members.
- Prep necessary paperwork including Finance related processes in a timely manner.
Strategic Content Development
- Content development for speeches, forewords, newsletters, and leadership communications, ensuring clarity, tone, and alignment with business goals.
Tools, Innovation & Knowledge Management
- Manage the tools available within the unit, such as the Brand Toolbox, as well as any new technological platforms introduced.
- Explore the markets for new tools, as and when required.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement
- Support senior team members in collaborating with cross-functional teams to align internal campaigns with branding and organizational goals
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Advertising/Media, Mass Communications, Marketing or equivalent.
- At least 4 to 7 years of experience in Branding and Communications.
- Strong expertise and proven track record in driving business/brand strategy & execution (B2B business knowledge is an added advantage).
- Good analytical skills with ability to grasp key financials.
- Resourceful, meticulous, and well organized with a positive can-do attitude.
