Job description: If you are looking to excel and make a difference, take a closer look at us…Job DescriptionMiddle OfficePreparing of tracking and checklist template for each individual contractTo ensure utilization and settlement of facilities are in accordance to the terms and conditions imposedTo provide endorsement and concurrence to trade department on the utilization of the trade facilitiesUpdating of tracking templates on continuous (as and when required)Daily monitoring of incoming contract proceeds, and settlement of billsWork closely with CFS / ARM / CRA / TFU to ensure all T&C of a contract are being implemented, tracked and monitoredWork closely with all product partners to ensure all pre and post drawdown of T&C are being adhered to throughout the tenure of a contractTo highlight to management of any breach of T&C being imposedTo inform CRA/TFU of any facility drawdownTo track and monitor the financial and physical progress of the contract via submission of Monthly Progress Report for each contract under financed.To identify RED Flag in terms of project delay and to advise Management/ARM/BC of such RED Flag, for them to take remedial action.To track and monitor contract proceeds and to identify of any RED Flag related to leakages of fund and to advise Management/ARM/BC of such RED Flag for them to take remedial actionRequirementsDegree or equivalentMinimum 2 years’ experience specialized in Credit & Marketing of Contract Financing facilitiesAbout Hong Leong BankWe are a leading financial institution in Malaysia backed by a century of entrepreneurial heritage.
