As we embark on a journey of transformation this is a diverse role that values partnership where no two days will be the same; the ability to think on your feet using your initiative in an environment that moves fast and changes often is key! We are looking for someone to join us who can:

  • Be two steps ahead, operating in a 3-6 month planning timescale, proactively managing demanding diaries and schedules externally and internally.
  • Liaise with senior-level contacts, screening and prioritising incoming communications, dealing with routine issues and coordinating more complex responses, ensuring these are delivered promptly and effectively.
  • Use your judgement to optimise how our leaders spend their time, ensuring balance and focusing on the most important goals.
  • Organising extensive and complex travel logistics across Asia and the Pacific Islands.
  • Manage and organise events and meetings, including curating agendas, booking venues, travel, and accommodation.
  • Build strong relationships across partner organisations, internal teams, the company, and the outside world to help get things done quickly and efficiently.
  • Organise and prepare complex documents and presentations to a high standard using office technology and software applications.
  • Collaborate across our executive leadership team and their strong support teams of Executive Assistants, Personal Assistants, Administrators, and business support partners who come together as one team.
