Job description: An international private investor and entrepreneur with a rapidly growing real estate and investment portfolio is seeking a highly experienced Executive Assistant. This role is ideal for someone with deep knowledge of real estate, private investments, and business operations.This is not your average EA role — you’ll become a strategic right hand to someone managing multiple ventures across real estate development, private equity, and emerging business partnerships. The ideal candidate is resourceful, systems-minded, and thrives in dynamic environments with high expectations and little hand-holding.Remote | Independent Contractor Role | Flexible Hours (but mainly Perth working hours) | 60+ hrs/month (Potential to Grow to Full-Time)
Monthly Starting Salary: $500-600 (based on a 15-hour workweek, can be more depending on experience level)Core Responsibilities1. Operational & Admin SupportInbox, calendar & task managementOrganizing contracts, financial reports, and sensitive docsCreating overviews, tracking payments, maintaining KPI dashboards2. Real Estate & Investment SupportPreparing investment decks, permit data, and transformation reportsCommunicating with vendors, tenants, and property managersFollowing up on project milestones and investor updates3. Personal & Lifestyle SupportBooking travel, appointments, and calendar planningOrganizing logistics, purchases, and gift arrangementsOccasionally assisting with personal admin or family-related tasks4. Content & Presentation SupportPreparing social media drafts, visuals, and AI-generated contentAssisting in event coordination, webinars, or video presentationsUsing tools like Tome.app, Beautiful.ai, and SynthesiaMust-Haves10+ years as an Executive Assistant, ideally supporting C-level leaders or entrepreneurs with multiple venturesStrong experience in the finance industry/investment firms, preferably in corporate environmentsExceptional English communication skills, both written and verbalTech-savvy, and can grasp and learn new tools quicklyOutstanding organizational skills and attention to detailAble to work independently, manage priorities, and thrive in fast-paced settingsStrong sense of discretion, ownership, and “get-it-done” mentalityNice-to-HavesWillingness to learn Dutch over timeBackground in fundraising, foundation management, or investor relationsExperience with LinkedIn content marketingWilling to work flexible hours, weekends, or while the client travelsInterest in growing into an Operations Manager or Team Lead positionExperience organizing webinars, podcasts, or investor presentationsIf you’re a high-caliber EA with a love for finance, and you’re ready to help shape a global investment ecosystem, we’d love to hear from you.
