You will have previous administrative, executive support or secretarial experience; excellent interpersonal and written communication skills and the ability to prioritise your own workload and work independently to meet deadlines.Key responsibilities will include:Manage the Director’s diary, correspondence, meetings, and communicationsCoordinate planning sessions and travel arrangements (domestic and international)Process expense claims and raise purchase requisitionsProvide HR-related administrative supportPrepare agendas, maintain records, and handle audit and training tasksUse discretion to manage enquiries with professionalism and confidentialitySupport the broader Future Students team and cross-team projects as requiredAbout UQAs part of the UQ community, you will have the opportunity to work alongside the brightest minds, who have joined us from all over the world.Everyone here has a role to play.
