With offices across North Asia, the Middle East, APAC, Europe, LATAM and the USA we are focused on partnering with customers to bring NZ dairy to the world.About the opportunity | Te whiwhinga mahiWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to the President of Global Ingredients. This critical role will ensure the smooth functioning of day-to-day operations, allowing the President to focus on strategic priorities. As a key member of the team, you will manage scheduling, travel, communication, and coordination of important meetings, both internal and external. In addition to this you will:
- Efficiently manage complex diaries and travel arrangements, ensuring seamless scheduling and approvals.
- Act as a primary point of contact between the President and internal/external stakeholders, maintaining professional and prompt communication.
- Prepare detailed agendas, capturing minutes, and tracking action items to ensure effective follow-up from meetings.
- Manage budgets, including accurate reporting of accruals and expenditures.
- Draft, review, and edit high-quality documents and presentations to ensure the President is fully prepared for all engagements.
This role also involves coordinating key events and building strong relationships with stakeholders across the business. Your organisational skills will be critical to the success of the team, ensuring that priorities are met with precision and professionalism.About you | Ko wai koeYou will be an experienced Executive Assistant, ideally from a global corporate environment. You are highly organised with exceptional attention to detail and time management skills. Your strong communication skills and discretion in handling confidential information will make you a trusted partner to the President. To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience managing complex schedules and travel arrangements, as well as coordinating large-scale events.
- A flexible, adaptable approach with the ability to stay calm under pressure, have fun, and enjoy what you do.
