Job description: Our client is a top financial institution with significant North American holdings. They have operations across most major verticals, including institutional & corporate, wealth management, private client, commercial banking, treasury, and retail banking.Introduction: Robertson is seeking a skilled Executive Assistant with 3-5 years of progressively responsible experience in an administrative or professional support role, demonstrating a history of increasing responsibilities and complex task management to join our client.Contract Dates: 6 months with potential to extend
Pay Range: $30.11 to $34.30 per hour
Business Hours: Monday to Friday (Hybrid)Job Responsibilities:

  • Event Planning and Coordination: Leads the planning, coordinating, and implementation of department events and manages calendars, meetings, and room bookings
  • Senior Administrative Support: Provides high-level administrative and operational support to senior executives and a diverse team, including managing information systems and integrating data from multiple sources
  • Budget and Financial Management: Coordinates and monitors budgets, processes invoices, tracks expenses, and prepares departmental expense claims and reports
  • Relationship Building: Develops effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders and liaisons with vendors for premises and building-related matters
  • Data Management and Reporting: Gathers, formats, and manages data into regular and ad-hoc reports and dashboards and supports the development of tailored communications
  • Coaching and Mentoring: Provides coaching and mentoring to junior administrative assistants to enhance their capabilities and support their professional growth
  • Inventory and Supplies Management: Maintains supplies inventory, anticipates needs, places orders, and verifies receipt to ensure adequate stock levels

Experience & Qualification Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in an administrative/ professional support function, demonstrating progressive responsibility and post-secondary degree in related field of study
  • Specialized knowledge from education and/or business experience
  • Verbal & written communication skills – In-depth

  • Analytical and problem-solving skills – In-depth
  • Attention to detail & organizational skills – In-depth

Expected salary: $30.11 – 34.3 per hour
