• Data Scripting & Extraction: Developing and maintaining scripts and logic for efficient data extraction to support reporting and analytical requirements across all PFS Credit departments.
• Reporting & Dashboard: Preparing and maintaining routine reports, including weekly dashboards and data marts, utilizing tools like spreadsheets and Tableau for effective data visualization and dissemination
• Automated Report Monitoring: Proactively monitoring automated reports to ensure their accuracy, timeliness, and continuous functionality.
• Ad-hoc Data Support: Responding to and fulfilling urgent, non-routine data requests from management, BNM (Bank Negara Malaysia), and both internal and external auditors.
• Process Automation & Improvement: Identifying opportunities and developing automated solutions to enhance reporting processes, streamline workflows, and improve overall team efficiency.
• System Enhancement & Data Integrity: Participating actively in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for system enhancements, conducting necessary script conversions between database systems, and performing regular data housekeeping to safeguard data integrity and prevent user input errors.
• SOP Management: Regularly updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure all data management and reporting processes are accurately documented, current, and compliant.

Experience / Special Skills

• Min 3 years of related experience in MIS analytics;
• Possess SQL programming skills;
• Possess Tableau and VBA Creator skills;
• Possess strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills;
• Ability to work independently;
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel, Words and PowerPoint skill (or equivalent in Google Suite).
