• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree, Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) on Engineering (Electronic and Communication), Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical).
• Junior Associate (1-4 yrs experience) specializing in Engineering – Electronics/Communication or equivalent.

ResponsibilitiesAbout the jobReporting to the Supervisor, the Engineer we seek will

• Be responsible for the design and development; set up and wiring; installation and checking of jigs; small equipment and machinery automation for production use in the manufacture of car air condition system, fuel pump, instrument clusters and others
• Provide training and development plans for automation skill level up of Machine and Tooling Associates
• Collaborate with related departments, OGC (Overseas Group Companies) of DNJP (DENSO Japan) to achieve KPI target and new product development
• Implementing/directing Kaizen activities to improve safety, quality, productivity and cost reduction

Requirements

• Graduate of BS Mechanical Engineering or BS Electronics Engineering
• With relevant experience as automation lead in a manufacturing company
• Experience in using PLC Programming, Ladder design and hard wiring of equipment and/or jigs will be an advantage
• Highly motivated, results driven and with self-initiative
• With above average communication skills
