Key Responsibilities Oversees all EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) matters related to projects. Provides guidance and independent EHS management oversight. Ensures compliance with group EHS standards. Ensure implementation of Group Minimum Standards (GMS). Liaise with Group EHS Department to maintain regulatory compliance. Work with Project Team and Contractor management on safety systems. Review high-risk work processes and procedures. Provide technical expertise to support the Project Team. Monitor work activities for compliance with standards and regulations. Guide hazard identification and risk control implementation. Share best practices from international construction sector. Assess contractor workforce competence. Oversee incident reporting and investigation. Prepare monthly safety reports with key EHS metrics. Participate in EHS meetings, reviews, and inspections. Conduct regular worksite condition assessments. Key Requirements EHS-related tertiary qualifications with advanced subject knowledge. Minimum 10 years experience managing EHS in design and construction . Data centre environment experience preferred. Experience developing EHS management systems and programs. Ability to drive positive EHS culture across businesses. Knowledge of international EHS standards and best practices. Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal). Malay language proficiency. Proficient with MS Office and digital EHS management tools. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Leadership skills with ability to influence at all levels.
