We are seeking a German-speaking Enterprise Sales Development Specialist to join our growing team in Dublin. This role is ideal for a motivated and ambitious individual eager to make an impact. You will play a crucial role in driving our clients’ success by identifying, developing, and managing new business opportunities across the DACH region.Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with enterprise sales teams to deliver tailored account strategies and pre-sales insights for cutting-edge solutions in AI, Cloud, and Cybersecurity.
  • Ensure timely follow-up with prospects, maintaining excellent communication through phone, email, and chat.
  • Research, identify, and nurture new business opportunities while reactivating dormant leads in the DACH region.
  • Set high-quality appointments with qualified leads for enterprise sales teams.
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM, ensuring a healthy pipeline and lead funnel.
  • Provide valuable market and customer insights based on your research and conversations.
  • Achieve individual and team KPIs while continuously striving for improvement.

What You’ll Bring

  • Fluent in German and English (spoken and written).
  • Experience in B2B sales, particularly in enterprise environments, with skills in prospecting and objection handling.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders.
  • Sales-savvy mindset with a proven ability to identify business opportunities within complex organisations.
  • Organised, driven, and a collaborative team player with a thirst for learning.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
