As part of our Account Management team, you will have full ownership of a significant portfolio of existing Templafy customers. The EMEA team consists of two Enterprise Account Manager professionals and four Subscription Managers, who have consistently overperformed over the last few years. They are looking for someone who is curious, friendly, and proactive to join their team.The role:
The role of the Account Manager is focused on finding scalable and targeted ways of engaging and growing our global customer base. By utilizing data-driven approaches, coordinating outreach efforts with marketing and business development resources, and enabling us to further accelerate implementation and adoption efforts with our customer success and technical delivery teams. You will be the strategic point of contact for your customers, to develop plans for increased penetration across our solutions within your territory, and ultimately generate increased revenue.Your key KPIs will be around retention rate and upsell revenue generation and measured against a quarterly quota.Responsibilities:
