- Review early requirement of ITB prepare applicable paperwork.
- Develop Proposal / Bid response as per ITB Requirements (for pre and post proposal submission) as per procedure on schedule, within budget and to highest quality
- Ensure compilation of overall submission documentations on time
- Cross-functional input gathering and analyzing – internal (Technical and Non Technical team, other Petrofac Office) and external (Collaboration Partner, 3rd Party Service provider)
- Ensure all proposals databases, files and reports are updated on a regular basis in both server and digital management system.
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
- Bachelors Degree in Engineering (Any Field)
- Registered as a professional engineer with Board of Engineers Malaysia or Institute of Engineers Malaysia or other board of professional engineers recognized by BEM or IEM.
- Minimum years in Oil and Gas Engineering Consultancy environment. Experience in O&M and / or Decommissioning and / or Wells Engineering is desired
- Excellent time management, communication, market awareness, technical writing and adapt to fast pace environment
