We are now inviting high caliber professional to join us.Division : Fixed Network CentreIn this position, you will:Responsible for field service support on Home Broadband Business (HBB)Conduct on-site support, fault diagnosis and commissioningHandle customer complaint with case evaluation, investigation & follow upAnalysis & investigate complain cases, providing with resolutionData analysis, monitor on quality of service delivery for improvement and service excellentField service quality control and work practice formulation for quality assuranceWork with various internal and external stakeholders to implement the operational excellentSound knowledge on installation & maintenance of HBB-related VASTo be successful in this position, you should meet the following requirements:Bachelor or Postgraduate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Telecommunication Engineering or Enterprise Engineering or any relevant professional qualificationMinimum 3 years’ solid experience in home broadband service supportStrong knowledge and industrial background on XGS-PON / GPON network, transmission, block wiring and broadband servicesStrong sense of customer’s satisfaction in service deliverySelf-motivated and result-oriented; able to work independently.Good troubleshooting ability, fault analysis and problem-solving skills.Good initiative, leadership, interpersonal, presentation, consultative and communication skillsCCNP/CCNA or any IT-related certificate is preferredKnowledge of Putonghua is an advantageWhen you work:5 days work8 hours/dayWhat you enjoy:Discretionary Performance bonusMeal AllowanceLife insuranceMedical insuranceEducation subsidiesBirthday giftMarriage leaveBirthday leaveStaff discountCMHK is committed to be an equal opportunity employer.
