  • Process ownership & management:
  • Ownership of some of the key 2-stroke engine lifecycle high-level processes (such as engineering change management, Design specification order, etc.)
  • Responsible for mapping, overseeing, analyzing, and improving existing end-to-end engine lifecycle processes that span multiple departments, ensuring its efficiency and alignment with customer needs. Communicate effectively changes.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with various departments in engineering and R&D to gather requirements and feedback on processes and sub-processes changes. Collaborate with PMO team to implement process improvement solutions and required documentation.
  • Project Leadership: Lead data and process improvement projects across 2-stroke organization, providing facilitation, analysis, and process mapping.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track, analyze and create reports with process performance metrics.
  • Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of processes, changes, and improvements.
  • Support & best practices: Provide support to team members on process-related best practice.

We imagine that you have:

  • A degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in developing and improving product development processes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • An extensive understanding of process management and improvement methodologies.
  • Experience as a process consultant is a plus.
  • Experience with engineering Change Management processes.
  • Experience with agile framework and methodologies.
  • Effective communication skills to liaise between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
