Job description: Your Mission:To drive our Energy Management System and secure CO2 Footprint goals within Global After Sales Logistics as defined in our own “Ambition 2039”. Your expertise in Energy Management, ISO Standards, and renewable energy will be crucial in transforming our company into a sustainable company.What You’ll Do:Push the Change: Drive our company towards ambitious CO2 reduction targets.
Global Impact: Oversee the rollout of the Energy Management System and ISO 50 001 on a global scale.
Innovate: Propose improvements to optimize energy consumption, enhance energy efficiency of our warehouses, and deploy new technologies.
Track Progress: Ensure all defined milestones are tracked, met and reported accurately.
Manage Projects: Promote understanding and adoption of the Energy Management System across our global sites. Ensure energy management projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Communicate: Facilitate clear and effective communication among project teams and stakeholders.
Tackle Challenges: Address technical issues related to renewable energy or building equipment, including ventilation, heating, gas-based systems, conveyor systems or other.
Travel: Occasionally travel abroad to support our global initiatives.What We Value:Education & Experience: University degree or experience in electrical, mechanical, or industrial engineering, experience in field of Energy is a big plus.
ISO Expertise: Proficiency with ISO standards, especially ISO 50 001.
Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with building management systems and measuring/metering devices.
Insight: Insight into environmental and ESRS topics.
Language Skills: Fluency in English (written and spoken), German is a big plus.
Confidence & Assertiveness: Strong personality, endurance, and ability to assert ideas effectively.
Global Perspective: Willingness to expand existing international experience through occasional travels.Driving License: Driving license valid in EU (B) – must have.
