Learn more at https://www.jnj.comWe are looking for a highly motivated and proactive person to join our international team in Prague as:Employee & Labor Relations Analyst with French and EnglishFull-time role, unlimited contractYou will be responsible for supporting employees and people leaders with a variety of requests, ranging from disciplinary measures to performance management, policy interpretation and conflict resolution. You will also be the main point of contact for our local HR specialists and aid them in their operational activities, providing valuable insights through employee data reporting and ensuring adherence to global operational guidelines.Most importantly, be a guardian of our Credo and Code of Business Conduct! Ensure that our employees are treated with dignity and respect, while maintaining high levels of trust and integrity in the handling of confidential matters. Moreover, you will help business leaders as well as colleagues from other HR departments understand local HR policies and relevant legislation.In this role you will acquire knowledge and experience in the practical application of labor and employment law, performance management and disciplinary actions. Our structured development plan will prepare you for increasingly sophisticated challenges and allow you to grow as a dedicated HR Professional.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist employees and people leaders from France with inquiries related to disciplinary issues, performance management, employment law, and contracts via a ticketing system.Collaborate with our local HR and labor law specialists on the resolution of complex inquiries.Act as a coordinator between our experts on site and the regional HR Shared Services organization.Analyze data using MS Excel and create reports for local works councilsPrepare disciplinary and termination documents.Collaborate with our local specialists to conduct investigations into employee concerns and disciplinary matters.Interact with and provide insights to labor relations representatives.Identify and guide continuous improvement projects.QualificationsRequired:Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and follow-through to resolve any outstanding issuesProven problem-solving skills and ability to accurately collect information to understand and assess the customers’ needs and situationDiscretion, integrity, confidentiality, and good judgmentMentality that prioritizes quality and the best possible end-to-end experience for our employeesCapacity to understand software systems and an affinity for data analysis; experience in MS ExcelGrowth mindset with a wish to learn and develop, eagerness to tackle meaningful and confidential tasksEnthusiastic teammate with a strong desire to build a positive work environmentLanguages: fluency in English and FrenchPreferred:An exceptional candidate has experience in Human Resources, Labor Law, or a related field.
