For more information, click here .What you will doThe CRIM Regional Leader – EMEA is responsible for Kenvue’s Corporate Records and Information Management Program (CRIM) ensures consistent and cost-effective management of Records and Information throughout their lifecycle from creation through final disposition. The CRIM program is implemented based on legal, regulatory, privacy and business requirements. These elements serve to mitigate risks related to managing Records and Information:Key Responsibilities
- Records and Information Management : Guide efforts to ensure that information assets, regardless of media, are identified, controlled, and stored in a manner that guarantees the integrity, authenticity, and trustworthiness of records over their entire lifecycle. Use records management systems to analyze existing record inventories and recommend alternate storage solutions for local records. Partner and collaborate with IT, project teams, and business partners to ensure processes support business needs and align to the Global Retention Schedule.
- Acquisitions and Divestitures : Work with management to lead RIM Acquisition & Divestiture (A&D) program integration/separation strategy. Provide resources, processes, and operational oversight. Engage with partners within IT, A&D Support Teams, Business Development, Legal, Privacy, the business, and other teams to provide a comprehensive approach to integration/separation, as applicable. Ensure consistency in approach and track metrics.
- Compliance : Supervise the business compliance assessment program and proactively determine solutions and corrective actions ensuring compliance with RIM requirements. Provide support as it pertains to the RIM support of audits and inspections performed by internal teams and external regulatory authorities. Ensure protection of business-critical records in compliance with the Global Vital Records Inventory.
- Internal Support : Working with CRIM management to develop, modify, review, and implement RIM SOPs / Work Instructions and guidance documents. Promote supplemental RIM training and education modules to increase RIM awareness throughout the organization. Collaborate with key partners and the RIM community by developing a communication and outreach strategy to achieve awareness and compliance with RIM procedures.
- People Leadership : Lead employees, contractors, vendors, and project teams. Ensure that team members and contractors are thoroughly trained in appropriate compliance and RIM policies, procedures, and work instructions. Ensure alignment with country regulations and human resource practices applicable to leading a cross-regional team.
- Litigation Support : Supervise data search and collection requests in response to litigation. Provide support as needed for ongoing litigation.
What we are looking forRequired Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required. Minimum of five years of direct related Records & Information Management. Experience in consumer or personal care products, healthcare, pharmaceutical industry, or similar regulated environments preferred.
Desired Qualifications
- Extensive knowledge of records information management principles
- Familiarity with compliance requirements (i.e., CFR 21, Part 11, HIPAA, SOX, GxP, etc.)
- Experience with auditing principles, concepts, and practices
- Leadership and organizational skills, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to communicate with all levels of management
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent multi-tasking, self-motivation, and team orientation
- Understanding of RIM Software & Electronic Records Management (ERM) Software as well as PC technology and network/cloud environments (i.e., Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Internet, Databases, iCloud, SharePoint, OneDrive, etc.
- Deep knowledge of RIM and ERM Software
- Information Governance Professional (IGP), Certified Records Manager (CRM), Certified Records Analyst (CRA), or other relevant RIM-related certification (Library Science, Archives, Electronic Records etc)
