Eaton has approximately 96,000 employees and sells products to customers in more than 175 countries.As part of the EMEA Customer Projects Operations Team, the Customer Project Process Engineer is responsible for optimizing and improving the efficiency of project delivery processes. They ensure smooth functioning, develop new techniques, modify existing process flows, and coordinate process improvement projects within transactional processes that involve multiple functions. The Customer Project Process Engineer plays a crucial role in ensuring that project processes are well-defined, documented, and adhered to throughout the project lifecycle.What you’ll do:Provide the necessary guidance and oversight to ensure that processes are efficient, effective, and aligned with project objectivesAnalyze existing processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions to enhance operational performance. Work closely with cross-functional teams to evaluate workflows, identify bottlenecks, and propose innovative solutions to improve productivity and qualityDefine the process mission, vision, tactics, goals, objectives, KPIs (Key Performance Indicators), and measures that are aligned with organizational strategiesResponsible for implementing new/revised processes and tools, defining rollout roadmaps, and delivering training when appropriateContinuously assess and improve project processes. This involves gathering feedback from stakeholders, analyzing process performance data, and identifying areas for enhancementBy actively seeking opportunities for improvement, the Customer Project Process Engineer helps drive efficiency and effectiveness in project executionQualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing or Electrical Engineering
  • 5+ years of business experience, preferably in Project Engineering or Project Management
