Job description: Job Title: Electrical DrafterJob DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced, intermediate-level AutoCAD Drafter with over 5 years of experience in electrical manufacturing to join our engineering and drafting team based in Calgary, Alberta. You will help lead a team of 5-6 junior drafters while managing the overflow of projects. This role requires handling over 100 drafts and drawings daily, ensuring accurate modifications and adjustments.Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of 5-6 junior drafters.
• Manage and modify over 100 drafts and drawings daily.
• Ensure accurate and timely completion of drafting projects.
• Communicate changes in renderings to team members not experienced in AutoCAD.
• Maintain high standards of precision and quality in all electrical drafting tasks.

Essential Skills

• Technical diploma, CAD certificate, or equivalent.
• 5+ years of strong AutoCAD experience
• Experience in electrical manufacturing.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Clear and effective communication skills.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with electronics or cable manufacturing in a production environment.
• Certification in Electrical or Electronics Engineering Technology or in a related field.
• Familiarity with manufacturing or fabrication processes.

Work EnvironmentThis position is onsite with an office joined to the manufacturing facility.
