The Role
As an Assistant Director within the Defence ERP Case Management Solution (DECMS) team, you will play a key role in driving the mission by leading the development and implementation of robust data governance practices, operating as the Assistant Data Custodian or providing Integrity Systems Business Support. You will also support the integrity and reliability of the case management solution through effective business system processes and controls.You will have a passion for problem solving particularly in a data-rich environment. You will also have an understanding of effective stakeholder communications and the ability to maintain strong communication channels.Overall, this role requires a strong understanding of data management principles or systems business support, exceptional attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining high data quality standards.About our Team
As a member of the DECMS Value Chain, Data and Integration team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the organisation has access to accurate and reliable data to support decision-making.DECMS is a new functionality of the One Defence ERP Solution introduced in May 2024. It incorporates case management across Defence on incidents relating to Defence’s integrity, people and assets.Our Ideal Candidate

Expected salary: $120303 – 135701 per year
