Job description: EHM/LCS Systems Specialist (Business Analyst)Location: Oxfordshire – Hybrid (1 day onsite a week, location dependent)Rate: £350 – £400 per day (Inside IR35)Duration: 3 months (potential to get extended)Start date: ASAPVenn Group are supporting a local authority in recruiting an interim EHM/LCS Systems Specialist (Business Analyst) to provide expert support on social care systems, with a focus on configuration, administration, and user support.Key Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day system and user support across EHM and LCS
• Support configuration, testing, and troubleshooting of system issues
• Assist in process mapping, requirements gathering, and documentation
• Work closely with operational teams to ensure effective use of systems
• Deliver training or guidance to users as required

Key Requirements:

• Strong experience in system and user administration
• Previous experience supporting EHM/LCS (LAS experience preferred)
• Confident working with stakeholders to gather and translate requirements
• Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills
