London Training Institute also specializes in IELTS examinations and preparation course and has several premier IELTS testing facilities throughout Oman.Taking the Master franchise for WSE in Oman, Al Nahda Training Institute and Wall Street English have come together for the first time in Oman, to offer students a fully immersed experience when learning English. Situated in our brand new, state of the art center, students are offered a unique Blended Learning Method, which involves online learning, face-to-face learning and/or a combination of both.The philosophy behind the Wall Street English brand is to make the student the center of their own learning experience.
We are now looking for experienced English teachers to join the WSE Oman family, who can not only teach English but who also knows how to make learning fun and interactive. Someone who can immerse themselves in the WSE methodology and who can advocate and become brand ambassadors for the WSE Brand and Al Nahda Training Institute.JOB DESCRIPTION:
As a teacher you will play a central and pivotal role as part of the Service Team, by working in synergy with the Teaching and Service Coordinator, Personal Tutors (Coaches) and the Reception Staff. Playing a key role in the success of the students journey to acquire their English language, you will inspire and motivate your students by preparing and teaching fun, interactive, and dynamic classes to guarantee the students success.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILTIES
1. Responsible for planning and delivering interactive, fun and dynamic classes to students at every level to guarantee the students success.
2. Consistently inspiring, motivating and supporting students in reaching their personal learning objectives.
3. Ensuring that the Wall Street English methodology is consistently applied.
4. Ensuring that your Centre is always warm, welcoming and tidy for your students.
5. Actively promoting Wall Street English as a premium provider to learn English.
6. Continuously developing your skills as a teacher through new product training and carrying out the personalized training paths assigned to you.You will teach interactive classes to facilitate a student-centered learning environment for your students.
Your specific teaching duties include but are not limited to:
1. Teach core Classes (Encounters) comprised of a maximum of 4 Students.
2. Teach Complementary Classes and ensure that students practice their newly acquired skills.
3. Design and deliver Social Clubs/English Corners, that meet the personal interests of Students to drive a community spirit.
4. Deliver classes to students at the Center as well as Corporate Clients In-Company, where necessary.
5. Ensure that all classes are well prepared for with comprehensive lesson plans.
6. Encourage students by providing feedback and motivation at the end of classes.
7. Inspire students to continue practicing, learning and building friendships with fellow Students in the local and global network.
8. Celebrate Students milestones and success in-center and online.
9. Administer results of Classes in the Learner Management System (Core Course)at the end of every shift.
10. Attend skills development seminars, and Service and General staff meetings.
11. Fulfil all administrative duties required by the role, department and Center.
12. Any other duties as required by and for the role.QualificationsMUST have the following educational qualification due to Oman’s rules and regulations.
A BA in English, Education or TESOL and a certificate in CELTA, DELTA or an ESL related Certification.
Or A Masters Degree in TESOL, Applied Linguistics or English LanguageApplicants MUST
– be a Native level English Speaker,
– be between the ages of 25-59 years
– have 2 years plus experience teaching adults and/or young adult learners
– Previous IELTS teaching experience would be advantagesInitially the candidates should provide the following documents:
1. Detailed Curriculum Vitae providing current contact details, career history, qualifications, experience, and personal details of the candidate (Marital status, number of dependents, Date of Birth, health issues)
2. Scanned copies of qualifications, experience testimonials or reference letters, current passport and passport-size colored photographs to be scanned and sent.
3. Written confirmation of your earliest date of availabilitySalary and BenefitsSalary: This will depend on the qualifications and experience of the candidate. All salaries are tax free.

Master Degree 950Contract Information’s
1. A standard week is 45-hour with 25 contact.
2. Contract renewable yearly upon mutual agreement.
3. Thirty(30) days annual leave per completed year of service.
4. Medical Insurance and free medical services in the approved clinics and hospitals
5. One-way economy ticket for staff to come to Oman if the candidate is currently in another country.
6. Return ticket home every year and final return flight to country of origin on completion of contract.
7.
