Chisholm’s ambition is to grow our TAFE consortium partnerships significantly by 2027. We aspire to extend our reach locally and globally as a leader of Educator Development in the Vocational Education and Training (VET) sector. Central to this goal is the Educator Passport technology that provides a one-stop shop for educators’ professional development needs. The Educator Passport Business Partner will be central to us meeting these objectives.The Educator Passport Business Partner is a key member of the PEC team. They are accountable for working with external stakeholders, largely consisting of partner training organisations, who utilise Chisholm’s Educator Development learning programs and technology to deliver courses to Educators through their independent registered training organisations (RTOs). This is a multifaceted role that involves the combined strengths of project management, commercial acumen, stakeholder management, business development and digital capability within the VET sector.The Educator Passport Business Partner provides excellence in customer service. Our success depends on providing responsive solutions and services to our clients. The role is responsible for cultivating new business opportunities through business development while nurturing strong relationships with existing clients. To do this requires proactive engagement, strong VET knowledge, digital capability and teamwork.The Educator Passport Business Partner drives innovation and enhancement of our digital solutions informed by user experience. The incumbent will be exceptionally organised with a high level of attention to detail. They must enjoy dynamic interaction with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders and have an in-depth understanding of Educator development and technology.
ABOUT YOUYou are a highly motivated individual with well-developed skills, experience and qualifications:

  • Relevant Degree and relevant post graduate qualification and experience; or lesser formal qualifications with extensive experience with expertise in technical or administrative fields; or equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education /training.
  • Project Management experience
  • Technology acumen across a range of platforms
  • Experience in capability building (preferably in the VET sector)
  • Excellent understanding of Educational Technology, Learning Management Systems
  • Vocational Education Training sector, including RTO requirements
  • Proven ability to develop strategies to increase revenue via commercial activities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in contributing to the development of strategic planning and innovation
  • Experience in collaborating with internal/external stakeholders
  • Attention to detail to present accurate, informative data and reports
  • Ability to lead, motivate and develop a team of staff to uplift their technological skills
