Project Scheduling, approval and agreements. Project performance tracking, take corrective and preventive measures. Problem Solving via 8D, DAR, CAR etc., Mechanical partlist generation (BOM), set-up & release. DRBFM; Quality Assessments. Customer co-ordinations Production & Ramp up support.
