We’re looking for someone to join the eCom Operations Continuous Improvement team. Working across eComX and Store Operations we take a data driven approach, building strong relationships with stakeholders throughout the business to ensure collaboration, engagement and awareness.About the Role | Mō te Tūranga
The eCom Ops CI Specialist plays a pivotal role in supporting online order fulfillment operations, ensuring it’s easy and efficient to get the right products to our customers on time, every time. The role is responsible for supporting the Continuous Improvement strategy and associated initiatives that impact customer experience and team processes. A core aspect of this role is leveraging customer, team and data insights, to identify and validate opportunities.Some of the key responsibilities:
