We’re a fast-growing e-commerce brand seeking an exceptional video editor to join our creative team. Our head editor, based in the Philippines, will guide you through our proven process.Compensation:$500 monthly base salary
5% net profit share on EVERY winning ad you create
Base salary increases based on performance and tenure
Unlimited earning potential for top performersImportant Notes:This is a FULL-TIME position only
Fast turnaround times required
Quality standards are non-negotiable
Poor performance = immediate termination
ONLY A-players will succeedRequired Skills:
Expert in creating high-converting e-commerce ads
Proven experience with Meta, TikTok, and Snapchat ad formats
Strong understanding of direct response marketing
Excellent storytelling ability
Fast, efficient workflow
Attention to detail
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
English proficiency
Technical Requirements:Premier Pro/Final Cut Pro expertise
After Effects knowledge
Experience with AI voiceover tools
Understanding of ad platform requirementsSelection Process:Message us expressing interest
Complete test project (4 video ads)
Ads will be tested live for performance
