Job description: Job Description:EC INVENTORY PLANNING & MANAGEMENT (30%)

• Oversee EC stock levels and collaborate with the supply chain team to ensure smooth stock replenishment processes.
• Provide sales forecast to key campaigns and ensure stock readiness
• Routine monitoring and flagging risk inventory, providing timely forecasts and alerts to stakeholders.
• Fragrance Shelf-Life Management, track and manage product shelf-life, issuing alerts for upcoming expirations and supporting necessary actions.

LOCAL SALES SUPPORTING MATERIAL PLANNING & MANAGEMENT (30%)

• Work as the main contact window with warehouse team, plan & manage locally produced sales materials inventory, conduct regular stock reconciliation with warehouse teams, and coordinate procurement schedules with production planning.
• Guide the EC packaging service standards and ensure consistent experience
• Manage product loaning collaboration to internal & external parties.

ORDER FULFILLMENT (30%)

• Oversee the end-to-end order fulfillment process to ensure timely and accurate delivery. Responsible for stock transferring between EC & DOS on a daily basis.
• Serve as the main point of contact for escalated customer complaints, including issues related to returns, refunds, or product replacements as business representative. Take initiatives to improve refund performance

PROJECT COLLABORATION (10%)

• Facilitated cross-departmental collaboration for initiatives regarding stock/order/warehouse/packaging/etc., ensuring seamless project execution and timely launch.

Expected salary: 180000 – 216000 per year
