We are seeking an experienced and results-driven E-commerce Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of our online commerce initiatives. You will manage cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business goals.Key Responsibilities:Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in alignment with business objectives.Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.Manage and lead cross-functional teams (marketing, design, development, operations).Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, and platform partners as needed.Monitor project progress and proactively identify and resolve risks/issues.Ensure seamless execution of website enhancements, product launches, and promotional campaigns.Track and report KPIs to stakeholders and executive leadership.Continuously optimize project processes to improve efficiency and delivery.Stay updated with the latest e-commerce trends, technologies, and best practices.Qualifications:Proven experience as a Project Manager in E-commerce or Digital Marketing.Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, etc.).Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Experience with project management tools (Jira, Asana, Trello, etc.).Familiarity with SEO, SEM, UX/UI, and analytics is a plus.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Project Management, or related field (PMP certification is a plus).Powered by JazzHR
