Job description: We are seeking an experienced E-Commerce Compliance Executive to join our dynamic team at iGATE Technology. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for ensuring our e-commerce operations meet compliance standards across various platforms, with a primary focus on managing and maintaining our Amazon & other marketplace’s Seller Central account. The ideal candidate should possess a strong knowledge of e-commerce compliance procedures, a meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to effectively communicate with various stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:

• Compliance Monitoring: Oversee compliance with e-commerce regulations and platform-specific guidelines to maintain account integrity.
• Account Health Management: Monitor account health metrics, identify issues proactively, and implement corrective measures to prevent policy violations.
• Listing Optimization: Ensure that product listings adhere to compliance standards and conduct audits to safeguard against listing suppressions.
• Risk Management: Manage and resolve compliance-related disputes, ASIN suppressions, and account warnings in a timely manner.
• Training and Education: Educate internal teams on compliance policies and best practices to ensure standard operating procedures are followed.
• Documentation: Maintain organized compliance documentation, including audit logs, communication with platform support, and action plans for compliance improvement.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with product, logistics, and customer support teams to streamline processes while adhering to compliance guidelines.
• Reporting: Generate compliance reports, providing insights and updates on account status and metrics.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, E-commerce, Compliance, or a relevant field.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in e-commerce compliance roles, preferably with Amazon Seller Central.
• In-depth knowledge of e-commerce regulations and compliance requirements.
• Familiarity with other e-commerce platforms like Shopify, Walmart, or eBay.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail to detect compliance issues effectively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex compliance topics clearly.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or other data management tools.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• A proactive approach to identifying risks and implementing solutions.
