Job description: Our client is a leading financial group with sophisticated technology. They are looking for a major transformation project on MS Dynamics 365 and expect an experienced Project Manager to manage the full technical delivery of the project.Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage end-to-end delivery of Dynamics CRM 365 projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets; monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including IT, business, operations, and finance, to ensure successful project execution.
Identify and mitigate risks and issues to ensure on-time and on-budget project delivery.
Lead the technical delivery with onshore and offshore delivery teams.
Provide leadership and guidance to project team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
Liaise with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure project deliverables meet expectations.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
8-10 years of experience in project management, with a focus on Dynamics CRM 365 implementations.
Proven track record of delivering complex CRM projects within a financial services environment.
Strong understanding of financial services industry processes and regulations.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
Certification in PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent is a plus.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
